THIS AGREEMENT is in regard to the customer receiving a destination photographer service with China J. Davis.

SERVICES
This contract is for products and services related to a photography shoot requested. THE PHOTOGRAPHER is at arriving at the distinction at the requested time while also taking into account that setup is required The typical time for a shoot ranges from a 1 hour to possibly 2 hours (outfit changes must be included within a given time)

COVID-19
For the client's safety and the photographers, the photographer will be wearing a mask and or shield THE ENTIRE TIME. If possible, anyone excluding the client(s) to wear a mask when the photographer is present or within 6 ft of the photographer. Photographer deeply cares for the health of their clients.

FEES
In consideration of the photographer's applied services, the client is aware of the following pricing: THE DEPOSIT IS INCLUDED IN FULL CHARGES Deposit: $50.00

REFUNDS
A full refund for the deposit will be given to the client if there are any scheduling conflicts or emergencies regarding the photographer ONLY. 5% of the deposit will be returned to the client If there is scheduling conflicts or emergencies. Rescheduling: If trying to reschedule and not cancel the photoshoot from the client, there is a $20 surcharge

SOCIAL MEDIA PERMISSION
The photographer has permission to post your shoot on their Social Media's (Instagram, Twitter, & Tiktok) PLEASE INFORM IF THERE IS DISAGREEMENT IT IS RESPECTED.

FINAL AGREEMENT
You own all the rights to your photos. Therefore, the photographer will place your pictures in an organized GOOGLE DRIVE FOLDER​ for a month. After the month the folder and pictures will be ​PERMANENTLY​ deleted. If you agree for the ​SOCIAL MEDIA PERMISSION ​only those photos will remain. Please be advised to take all the pictures into your own possession. Pictures can take​ 2 TO 3 WEEKS to receive full edited photos after the set appointment.
